Ricky is the Founder and Principal of Rick & Mon Business Consultants, with over a decade of experience helping businesses, investors and individuals achieve better financial outcomes. He specialises in taxation, business advisory, strategic planning and business structuring, working closely with clients from startup through to growth, acquisitions and succession planning.
Ricky is passionate about building long-term client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice that goes beyond compliance. Outside work, he enjoys travelling with his family, cooking and following cricket, AFL and soccer.

Monika brings more than 15 years of experience across public practice and senior commercial finance roles. Her expertise spans taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and business advisory across industries including construction, manufacturing, tourism and FMCG.
Having worked both inside businesses and in public practice, Monika understands the financial challenges business owners face and enjoys helping clients improve profitability through practical advice and accurate financial reporting.
